Olivia Grasso is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, with Solutions Behavioral Consulting, with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, and a Masters in the Science of Behavior Analysis From Mercyhurst University. Olivia took an interest in Applied Behavior Analysis during her undergraduate coursework where the generality of the science was explained. From substance abuse research, child development, and business management practices, it was evident that the science and application was effective when practiced with integrity. During graduate school, Olivia worked in a charter school for underprivileged children. Her research was based on discrete trial teachings to support students struggling with basic math skills. Olivia was motivated by the potential of Applied Behavior Analysis. She supports the beliefs all educators hold for their students; that all children are capable of learning, and worth teaching. Today, Olivia works in schools, home and center based clients to support the needs of the child diagnosed with Autism and other disabilities. Andrea's story is both inspiring and deeply personal. Graduating with a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education in 2007 from Ashland University marked the start of her professional journey, but her path took on new dimensions when her son was born with medical complications that required extensive care. For the first four years of his life, Andrea dedicated herself to his care, working with a team of skilled professionals.

In 2011, her son's autism diagnosis opened a new chapter in Andrea's life, leading her to explore Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. She began working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at a clinic in Colorado Springs in 2018 and pursued further education in ABA through Colorado University's program, becoming a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in February 2020.

The family's move back to Northeast Ohio in October 2021, following her husband's retirement from the US Army, brought Andrea closer to her extended family. She continued her academic and professional journey, earning a Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis on autism from Ball State University in June 2023.

Andrea is now focused on using her BCBA certification to enhance the lives of families affected by autism in Northeast Ohio. Her passion for training—encompassing parents, caretakers, siblings, and community partners— and developing functional communication systems for her clients stems from her own experiences and the value she places on teamwork to achieve meaningful behavioral changes.

Outside of her professional life, Andrea enjoys riding her tandem bicycle, Big Orange, with her son, bird watching from their three-season room, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
